Pelanggaran hak pekerja terjadi lagi di wilayah kerja PT.Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp & Paper. Pelanggaran ini dilakukan oleh PT .Inti Bumi Mas salah satu perusahaan outsourcing di PT. Tanjungenim Lestari .
PT.Inti Bumi Mas adalah perusahaan penerima pekerjaan dari PT.Tanjungenim Lestari untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan perawatan perumahan milik PT. Tanjungenim Lestari.
Pada tanggal 19 April 2013 pihak perusahaan telah bersepakat dengan Serikat Pekerja Maintenance Townsite (SPMT-PT.TEL) untuk melaksanakan Upah Minimum Propinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2013 sesuai dengan tuntutan dari SPMT-PT.TEL. Berarti perselisihan mengenai pelaksanaan Upah Minimum Propinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2013 sudah selesai dan kedua belah pihak telah bersepakat.
Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja ini adalah suatu bentuk pelanggaran mengenai hak dan kebebasan berserikat dan pelanggaran terhadap Undang-undang Nomor : 21 tahun 2000 mengenai Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh dan juga termasuk ke dalam tindak kejahatan dengan ancaman pidana.
Pengurus Serikat Pekerja Maintenance Townsite-PT.TEL (SPMT-PT.TEL) yang berafiliasi dengan Federasi Serikat Pekerja Pulp & Kertas Indonesia (FSP2KI) berhak atas pekerjaan dan peghidupan yang layak sesuai dengan amanah konstitusi Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia.

Means a dispute regarding the implementation of the Minimum Wage has been completed.Both sides have agreed.

But after the parties agreed to Management Inti Bumi Mas then issued a Termination of Employment (FLE) to the 10-person board SPMT-PT.TeL and the company alsohas ignored suggestions Manpower Muara Enim regency to cancel the layoffs.
Termination This is a form of infringement on the rights and freedom of association, and violations of the Act No. 21 of 2000 concerning Labour / Trade Unions and alsoincluded in the crime of criminal threat.
Governing Trade Union Townsite Maintenance-PT.TEL (SPMT-PT.TEL) which is affiliated with the Federation of Indonesian Pulp & Paper Working Union (FSP2KI) has the right to decent work and peghidupan accordance with the constitutional mandateof the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
